Well that’s it….
Finally I think I can relax for a few days now…. yeah right… .swiftly translated into “now I may lose the will to live completely…. haven’t sent any xmas cards out yet, haven’t hit Waitrose in the slightest, haven’t wrapped any presents, still missing at least a quarter of my presents to buy and definately not partied enough…. builders still making a mess of my house so still subsequently renting in the smallest house in the world…. still haven’t chosen the shower tiles….. still haven’t chosen the paint colours….. still haven’t ordered the towel rails or toilets….. but on the upside, did order the light fittings today and that my dears was no mean feat….
Next time I decide it’s a good idea to start a business, wreck my house and think I don’t need an architect, interior designer, etc etc all at the same time, remind me….
But i have been to see Casino Royale tonight finally - only 2 months late but hey… i’m not sure…. only 2 months late to debate the whys and wherefores of whether he’s the right James Bond… granted he’s sexy, got great eyes but he’s not Sean Connery or even Pierce Brosnan - he’s missing that je ne sais quoi….. that panache, that humour….but he’s cute… and when you are as tired and grumpy as I have been this week, it was a good diversion…
