“I would spend hours in airport lounges surfing the net looking for items that I never really had time to shop for – that perfect present for a girlfriend or a thankyou present to someone who covered for me once again because I was late home or for the school run!!!! The first few months have been a mass of research, trawling trade fairs, talking to new designers and sourcing goods from all over the world. “I never thought the day would come when even I would say I can’t look at another website or shop right now but it’s been great fun and a fantastic experience and now it’s time to put myself out there and work on the theory that if I like it, then hopefully everyone else will!”
